Your Insights, card by card

Last updated 3 days ago

Insights turns what you log into trends: your routine, your weight, how you've been feeling, your side effects, your injection sites and, for some medicines, estimated levels. Choose a time range at the top.

Time range

Tap "7 days", "30 days", "90 days" or "All" at the top. Most cards follow it. "Estimated Levels" has its own choice instead: "2W", "3M" or "All".

Summary tiles

Three tiles sum up the range: "doses logged" (out of those scheduled), "weight change" and "check-ins". The cards below follow the same order.

Your protocol

  • "Estimated Levels": model-based estimates for a few supported medicines. When you've logged one, this card comes first. Its chart starts on "2W", and after "Now" a dashed line shows your recorded doses only, with no future doses assumed. See "Estimated Levels: what they show, and what they don't".
  • "Your Routine": for each protocol, how many scheduled doses you logged in the range ("… of …"). Manual protocols show how many times you logged them.

How you're doing

  • "Weight": your latest weight, the change over the range and progress toward your goal weight. Tap "Start, goal and more ›" for the full "Weight trend".
    • If your goal is "Weight Loss (GLP-1)" or "Muscle Growth", or "Weight Change by Dose" has something to show, you see the full card.
    • Otherwise Weight is one row with a small trend line. Tap it for the same details.
    • Weight comes from your Daily Check-ins and your Body Profile.
  • "Weight Change by Dose": for some weight-management medicines, how your weight changed while you were logging each amount. It doesn't show what caused the change.
  • "How You've Been Feeling": your average energy, mood and sleep ratings from check-ins. "Gaps are days with no check-in." Tap "See all ›" to open your "Check-in History".
  • "Side Effects": the side effects you noted most in the range, from check-ins and dose logs.
    • Days: each one shows how many days you noted it, compared with the period before.
    • Squares: below it is one square for each day, coloured by the strongest intensity you logged that day, from mild (green) to strong (red). Grey means you noted it without an intensity.
    • 90 days and All: the squares are three rows of 30 days, oldest on top. "All" shows the last 90 days.
    • Tap a side effect to see each day you noted it, or "All … side effects ›" for the full list.

History

  • "Injection Sites": a front and back view of your body. Each site is coloured by how long ago you last used it: red (today or yesterday), orange (2–3 days ago), yellow (4–6 days ago), green (7 or more days ago), or a dashed outline (not used yet).
    • Below the map, "Longest since last used" names the site you've rested longest, and the sites you used in the range are listed, most recent first.
    • Tap a site, on the map or in the list, to see every dose there in the range: the day and time, what you took, and any site reaction you noted (pain, redness, swelling or itching). "All 10 sites ›" lists every site.
    • The card shows what you logged. It doesn't tell you where to inject.
  • "Dose History": your latest logged doses. "See all ›" opens the full list, where you can search by name, or tap a blend or a compound to see only its doses.
  • Eight shortcut cards, in pairs: "Body Profile" and "My Goals"; "Feature Request" and "Report a Bug"; "Help & FAQ" and "Export data"; "Rate Peptimes" and "Share Peptimes". "Feature Request" opens our ideas board, and "Help & FAQ" opens these Insights articles.

Your Routine, explained

Each protocol shows doses logged out of doses scheduled in the range. The legend reads "Logged", "Not recorded", "Didn't take" and "Rest days aren't counted". Doses you answered "Didn't take it" (shown as "Not taken") count as "Didn't take". Counting starts with the protocol's first scheduled dose, or from your last schedule change.

There's no percentage score, only the counts.

Why is a card missing or empty?

  • Cards fill in as you log. With no weigh-ins, check-ins or doses in the range, a card says so.
  • "Estimated Levels" only appears once you've logged a supported medicine.
  • "Your Routine" only appears once you have a protocol.
  • "Side Effects" only appears once you've noted a side effect in the range.
  • "Injection Sites" only appears once you've logged an injection with a site in the range.
  • If a card says "can't be read right now" or "Unavailable", Peptimes couldn't read that part of your saved data. Nothing is shown as zero in the meantime. Tap "Try again", or close and reopen the app.
