Log a dose
Last updated 11 days ago
Tap "Log" on the dose's row on Home, tap its reminder, or tap "+" and choose "Log a Dose". Logging from Home or a reminder checks off the scheduled dose. With "+", pick the dose's time when Peptimes asks "Is this a scheduled dose?".
Log a scheduled dose from Home
- On Home, find the dose under Today's Doses and tap "Log". (Or tap the reminder when it arrives.)
- "Log a Dose" opens with the peptide, amount and scheduled time filled in.
- Check everything. If you took it at a different time or took a different amount, change it.
- Follow the steps below and tap "Log Dose".
The steps in "Log a Dose"
- "Select Peptides"
- Choose the peptide.
- Enter the "Amount" and check the unit (mg, mcg or, for some compounds, IU).
- Check the "Date" and "Time".
- Choose a "Route" if it's offered.
- To log several peptides at once, tap "+ Add Another Peptide".
- "Injection Site": pick where you injected. This step only appears for injections.
- "How do you feel? (optional)": "Pain Level", "Energy", "Mood", "Side Effects" and "Notes".
Tap "Log Dose". You'll see "Logged!".
Log from the "+" button
- Tap "+" → "Log a Dose" and choose the peptide.
- If that peptide has a dose today that isn't logged yet, Peptimes asks "Is this a scheduled dose?". It lists each time that isn't logged yet, plus "An extra dose".
- Pick the time you're logging, and that scheduled dose is checked off. Pick "An extra dose" to record a dose that isn't on your schedule. You need to answer before you can tap "Next →".
- Fill in the steps and tap "Log Dose".
Peptimes only asks when:
- the "Date" is today.
- you're logging one peptide. If you add another with "+ Add Another Peptide", it doesn't ask, and no scheduled dose is checked off.
- the peptide has a schedule of its own. A blend is checked off from its row on Home.
Times you've already logged, or marked "Didn't take it", aren't listed. "Log" in My Protocols asks the same question.
Manual protocols
For a protocol you log yourself, tap "Log" on its row under "Manual protocols" on Home, or "Log" in My Protocols.
Logging for an earlier day
