Does Peptimes recommend doses?

Last updated 11 days ago

No. Peptimes doesn't recommend a dose, an amount, how often or when you take it, how long you take it for, or how to prepare it. Don't use it to choose or change any of these. Ask a licensed clinician, such as your doctor or pharmacist.

What Peptimes does instead

  • Your schedule is yours. Peptimes records the amounts and times you enter. It doesn't choose them, check them or change them.
  • The Library is a reference. Where a page shows a "Dose" line, it's marked as what an official label says, what studies used ("trial doses, not a recommendation"), or "No established human dose". None of these is advice for you.
  • The Calculator only does arithmetic. It works with the numbers you enter and doesn't tell you what to add or take.
  • Estimated Levels are estimates. They must never be used to decide when or how much to take.

This help center doesn't give dosing advice

No article here gives a dose, an amount, a frequency or a cycle length. That includes the help center's "Ask AI" answers, which are based on these articles. If any answer seems to suggest an amount or a schedule, ignore it and ask a licensed clinician.

Where should I get dosing advice?

From a licensed clinician who knows your health history: your doctor, prescriber or pharmacist. Don't change, start or stop anything because of something you've read, calculated or seen in Peptimes.
