Is Peptimes medical advice?
Last updated 7 days ago
No. Peptimes is a personal tracking app and an educational reference. Nothing in it, including this help center, is medical advice. Talk to a licensed clinician about any decision about your health.
In an emergency
Peptimes isn't for emergencies. If you think you're having a medical emergency, a serious reaction, or you may have taken too much:
- Call 911 (or your local emergency number).
- Call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 (United States), or your local poison control center.
- Get emergency medical care straight away.
Don't wait to check the app first.
I'm having a side effect or reaction
Logging a side effect in Peptimes keeps a record for you, but it isn't a medical review. Contact your clinician about any side effect that worries you. If it's severe or sudden, follow the emergency steps above.
I think I took the wrong amount
Call Poison Control or your clinician, or follow the emergency steps if you feel unwell. Don't use Peptimes, including its Estimated Levels chart, to decide whether you're OK.
I missed a dose. What should I do?
Peptimes can't advise you on that. Ask your clinician or prescriber.
Is it safe to take several peptides together?
Peptimes doesn't assess safety or interactions. Ask a licensed clinician or pharmacist before combining anything.
Does Peptimes say whether a peptide is safe or effective?
No. Peptimes doesn't say that any peptide is safe or effective. The Library shows information from published sources, which may be incomplete or out of date.
Is anyone at Peptimes a medical professional I can ask?
No. Using Peptimes doesn't create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship. Messages to our support team aren't medical advice.
