Past days, future days and Dose History
Last updated 3 days ago
Tap a day on the week strip at the top of Home to see that day. Your full list of logged doses is on the Dose History page.
Look at another day
- On Home, tap a day in the week strip.
- Home shows that day:
- An earlier day shows what was recorded, what you marked not taken, what's still waiting for an answer, and what has no record. You can record or answer doses from there.
- A later day shows what's scheduled. It's a preview; you can't log doses for future days from Home.
- To come back, tap "‹ Today", or tap the Home tab.
See all your logged doses
- On Home, find the "Dose History" card and tap "See all ›". You can also get there from Insights.
- The Dose History page lists every dose you've recorded, newest first, grouped by month.
- At the top of the page, search by name, or tap a chip to see only those doses. Each blend you've logged has its own chip, named as its entries are, and blends come first. Then there's a chip for each compound. A compound's chip also shows the doses it had as part of a blend.
- Tap a dose to open "Dose Summary", where you can tap "Edit Dose" or "Delete Dose".
A blend shows as one entry. Tap it to see each peptide's amount.
Can I filter or search my history?
Yes. On the Dose History page, search by name, or tap a blend or a compound to see only its doses. With a chip picked, the line under the title shows how many doses you've logged, when the last one was, and, when the times are known, the average time between them. A blend's line reads "… doses of [blend name]". A compound's count includes the doses it had in a blend, and says so: "12 doses of GHK-Cu, with 5 in [blend name]", or "with 5 in blends" when it was in more than one.
You can also open a peptide's page in the Library and tap "Your doses".
Can I share my history with my doctor?
Yes. Use "Export My Data" to save or send a copy. See "Export your data".
