Terms, Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer
Last updated 11 days ago
You can read all three documents in the app, in Profile → "LEGAL". You agreed to them during setup.
Where to read them
Open Profile and scroll to "LEGAL":
- "Privacy Policy": what information we collect and how it's used.
- "Terms of Service": the rules for using Peptimes, including subscriptions.
- "Medical Disclaimer": why Peptimes isn't medical advice and what its estimates can't tell you.
These documents are the official versions. Our help articles only summarize them. Where they differ, the documents apply.
When did I agree to them?
- During setup with email: you checked "I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer" on "Create your account".
- With Apple or Google: you agreed on the "Before you continue" screen.
- On first opening Peptimes: you tapped "I Understand & Agree" on the medical disclaimer.
Why must I be 18 or older?
Peptimes is for adults only. The Terms of Service say so, and so does the disclaimer you agree to when you first open Peptimes.
How will I know if they change?
The documents explain how we let you know about changes.
