Contact support
- In the app: Profile → "Contact Support". This opens your Mail app with our address filled in.
- By email: support@peptimes.com
We can help with the app, your account and subscriptions. We can't give medical or dosing advice. For that, ask a licensed clinician. See "Is Peptimes medical advice?".
Report a bug
- Open Profile → "Report a Bug", or tap the "Report a Bug" card in Insights.
- Fill in "WHAT HAPPENED?" and, if you like, "WHAT DID YOU EXPECT TO HAPPEN?".
- Optionally, "ATTACH SCREENSHOT (OPTIONAL)" → "Choose image".
- Tap "Submit". Your Mail app opens with the details filled in, so you can review them before sending.
The report includes what you typed, the Peptimes version and your device type (iOS). It includes a screenshot only if you attach one. Before attaching a screenshot, check it doesn't show anything you'd rather not share.
Suggest a feature or vote on ideas
- Open Profile → "Feature Request", or tap the "Feature Request" card in Insights.
- Our feature board opens. Browse ideas, vote, or post your own.
To post or vote, you'll sign in to the board with your email or Google. Apple sign-in isn't available there.
Which one should I use?
Found a mistake in the Library?
Use "Report a Bug". Tell us which peptide and which section.
Found a security problem?
Email support@peptimes.com with the details. Please don't post security problems on the public feature board.
Rate or share Peptimes
- Rate: Profile → "Rate Peptimes", or the "Rate Peptimes" card at the bottom of Insights.
- Share: Profile → "Share Peptimes", then tap "Share" to open your iPhone's share sheet.
