The Daily Check-in
Last updated 4 days ago
The Daily Check-in is a quick note on how you feel today: energy, mood, sleep and side effects, plus optional extras such as weight and water. Every field is optional.
Start a check-in
- On Home, tap a face on the "Daily Check-in" card, or
- tap "+" → "Daily Check-in", or
- tap the daily check-in reminder.
The faces ("Great", "Good", "Okay", "Low", "Very low") fill in your energy, mood and sleep ratings for you. You can change them before saving. Nothing is saved until you tap "✓ Save Check-in".
Step 1: "How Do You Feel?"
- "Energy", "Mood" and "Sleep": rate each from 1 to 10. They stay blank ("—") until you tap one, and a rating you don't touch isn't saved. To clear a rating, tap it again. "Sleep" is how well you slept, not hours.
- "Side Effects": tap any that apply, then set the "Intensity" for each. To clear an intensity, tap it again; it shows "—" and the side effect stays.
- "Other side effect": describe anything not on the list and give it an intensity.
- "Notes": anything else about your day.
Tap "Next →".
Step 2: "Today's Snapshot"
- "Weight", in lbs or kg. It starts in the weight unit set in Profile → "Units".
- "Water", in oz or L.
- "Nutrition": "Cal", "Protein", "Carbs", "Fats".
- "Cardio" (minutes), "Steps" and "Weight Lifting" (minutes).
- "Muscles Worked."
Tap "✓ Save Check-in".
Common questions
Can I check in more than once a day?
Yes. Each one is saved. Home shows your latest one for today. If you enter your weight twice in a day, the later weight replaces the earlier one.
Can I edit, back-date or delete a check-in?
No. A check-in is saved for today and can't be changed afterwards. If you made a mistake, add another check-in.
Where can I see my past check-ins?
In Insights, tap "See all ›" on the "How You've Been Feeling" card to open "Check-in History". Tap a day to see its details. Your ratings also feed the "How You've Been Feeling" card.
How do I change the reminder time?
Profile → "Notifications" → "Daily check-in reminder". See "How reminders work".
A side effect worries me.
Logging it here isn't a medical review. Contact your clinician. If it feels serious or sudden, see "Is Peptimes medical advice?" for emergency steps.
