Change, pause or remove a protocol
Last updated 11 days ago
Open Profile → "My Protocols". Tap "Edit" to change a schedule, or the trash icon to remove it. Doses you've already logged always stay in your history.
Change a schedule
- Open Profile → "My Protocols" (or tap "Protocols" on Home).
- Tap "Edit" on the protocol.
- Change the amount, unit, route, how often, the times, the cycle length or the start date.
- Tap "Save Schedule ✓".
If your change affects the schedule, Peptimes asks "Change this schedule?" before saving. In plain words:
- doses from before the change that you never logged stop counting as "Not logged";
- everything you've logged stays in your history;
- Your Routine in Insights counts from this change onward.
Tap "Change Schedule" to save, or "Keep Editing" to go back.
Will my history show the old amount? Yes. Your history always shows the amount you actually logged for each dose.
Pause a protocol
There's no pause button. If you're taking a break, you can:
- Switch it to manual: tap "Edit", then "Skip — I'll just log manually". Reminders stop, but the schedule settings aren't kept, so you'll set them again with "Set Schedule" later.
- Remove it: see below. Your logged doses stay.
Change to a different peptide
You can't swap the peptide inside a protocol. Remove the old protocol, then add the new peptide. See "Add a peptide to your stack".
Can a change start on a future date?
No. Changes take effect when you save them.
Remove a protocol
- In My Protocols, tap the trash icon on the protocol.
- You'll see "Remove this protocol?" (or "Remove this blend?"): "Upcoming doses stop and its reminders end. Doses you have already logged stay in your history. The schedule settings aren't kept. To start again, create a new protocol."
- Tap "Delete".
Removing a blend removes the schedule for the whole blend, not just one peptide.
