Already started? Add the doses you've taken
Last updated 11 days ago
If you started a protocol before you began using Peptimes, Peptimes can fill in your past doses for you to confirm one by one on the Calendar.
When Peptimes offers this
You'll be asked "Fill in past … doses?" after you save a schedule that has both:
- a cycle length (see "Set a schedule"), and
- a "CYCLE START DATE" earlier than today.
It also works during setup.
- "Yes, fill in past doses" adds a past dose for each scheduled time from your start date up to yesterday.
- "No, start fresh from today" adds nothing.
Confirm each past dose
- On Home, tap "… past doses need verification → Calendar", or open the Calendar.
- Find the days with gray dots and tap one. These doses are listed under "Unverified".
- Tap "Verify", then choose:
- "✓ Yes, I took it": it's added to your history as a logged dose.
- "✗ I missed it": it's recorded as not taken.
- "? Not sure — ask me later": it stays on the list.
If Peptimes doesn't know the amount for a dose, it asks you to enter it before you can confirm.
Do these doses count in Insights?
- Doses you haven't confirmed yet aren't counted anywhere.
- Confirmed doses appear in your Dose History.
- Your Routine counts doses from when you set up the schedule onward, so filled-in past doses don't change it.
Why was I asked again?
You may be asked again after you edit that protocol's schedule. Choose "No, start fresh from today" if you don't want more.
Can I import my history from a spreadsheet or another app?
No. Peptimes can't import data from other apps or files.
